Spare parts are not available.Jars crack and break easy.Base coupling got burnt too soon. No way to get it fixed! It was good when it lasted.

This must have been first time ever for me that a mixer's motor coupler has broken. I guess it is not unusual for a coupler to break and that must have been the reason why Sujata provides a spare one with their product so that you don't have to spend much time in searching for one. But thankfully the one in Sujata never broke in more than 7 years of usage. On the other hand, the one in Vidiem mixer broke before completing its 3rd year. And with its unique design, you can't find one easily in Delhi. They don't have service center in Delhi NCR. SO my quick advise to anyone buying Vidiem and for that matter buying a new product.1. Don't try a new brand or a brand that does not have presence in your region.2. If you do then you are at risk, please check that spares are available.3. any product with high price might not be worth it4. if you are stuck with customer care, leave a review on the platform from where you bought, at least others will be saved.and did I mention about the huge noise level of Vidiem? consider that as well before buying.Thank you.

Satisfied Buyer Feedback

Excellent product, smooth operation for 1st use, no filter provided for juicer, mentioned in the catalogue NOT APPLICABLE FOR EVO ADC

Used Vidiem Mixer Grinder for grinding flour for preparing Idli and Dosa, different types of chutneys like coconut chutney, curry leaves, tomato-onion chutney, for grinding idli-milakai podi, also grinded pepper for Pepper Kuzhambu and the latest one with photos are grinding puffed Bengal gram with raw rice for making murukku. Used for making Pineapple Rasam. Also juicer was used to make orange, apple and pomegranate juices. Wondered that grinding is done in less than two minutes. With the bubble-bottom and its thickness, the grinder is tightly fixed which ensures safety. Overall not only Vidiem Mixer Grinder is glittering in appearance and also in its splendid performance. Is it value for money? No, no! More than that! Thank you Vidiem!

Self Locking Jars. Dynamically Balanced Blades. Tri-Mate Couplers. Sturdy chrome Handles. Quality. All good but it's very noisy. And my wife has Migrane. Things are not settled.

My worst ever buy ,bought 2 years back still struggling with burning smell sudden cutoff and no soft grinding, better don't buy this

Best mixer … must buy … very durable

Best quality

Grinding smoothly, noise is a bit much but grinding is good. The food processor also chopped leafs perfectly for stir fry. 100% recommended

Vegetable cutters are not working as mentioned in the picture. Once I tried to cut onion using slicer but it is not. Not a worth of buy. I would have bought normal mixer instead
